Raising the flag..

In the region of Castle of Edinburgh in Scotland, where the day before the city with 21 cannon shots participated in celebrating 60 years of Queen Elizabeth to the throne, anarchists raised the red and black flag replacing the british one.

The building which housed the flag got the head of the Bank of Scotland that seems the difficulty of the task because of draconian security measures.
